One of the top designers in Contra

Costa County. I have been doing business with Lynn for years. I enjoy working with her on job sites. She will design your dreams and make sure you get what you pay for. I highly recommend her for your remodeling needs.

Rod Pacheco, True Craft Builders

My husband and I asked Lynn to look over our architectural plans for a kitchen/addition. She caught quite a few overlooked details that changed and improved the layout of our kitchen completely. We were truly impressed. Ed thinks working with Lynn was money well spent. I do, too. I just wish we had connected sooner in this whole remodeling experience.

My general contractor and I both worked with Lynn on remodeling my home and more specifically, my kitchen. She worked with us every step of the way and when completed, followed up to make sure I was still happy months later. She has been in business a long time and has the experience to handle the job.

Lynn is awesome! Professional and creative, she helped us remodel two bathrooms and looking at the complete projects I cannot say how glad I am that we used her services. She was highly responsive and really went above and beyond. We would definitely use her again for future projects.

How LP Designs

came to be.

My background is in the arts, i.e.; drawing, abstract painting, dancing, graphics. At the age of nine I worked in my father's clothing stores in San Francisco and caught on quickly the art of merchandising. Afterward, I worked in many retail establishments doing the same along with being in charge of displays and any light remodeling that was needed. That experience lead me into the architectural world and in 1979 I worked in a small kitchen and bath showroom in Walnut Creek, Ca.

From there I learned to use a foreign object called a ruler. I learned about control in the precise, mechanical sense. It was tough for an abstract artist & thinker to handle but the left and right sides of my brain made peace and I established LP Designs ten years later.

From our first meeting with Lynn it was clear that we had found much more than a professional designer but a partner who was with us through every step of the remodel. Her creative ideas of space planning over half of our home has

changed our every day lives in a huge way.

Thank you, Lynn!!

Lynn of LP Designs must have some kind of super power that allows her, literally to see through walls. She reconfigured two of our homes into an inspiring, functional and enduring pleasure in which to be. We feel lucky to have had her talent and vision brought into our daily lives.
